What you Need:

Chemex Brewer // Chemex Filters // Scale // Gooseneck Kettle // Your favorite coffee mug

Chemex pourover

Dose: 40g coffee
Water: 640g water
Grind: Medium Coarse
Time: 5-6 minutes
1. Place filter in Chemex
2. Three-ply facing spout
3. thoroughly rinse with hot water
4. Dump rinse water
5. Place Chemex on your scale
6. Add 40g ground coffee
7. Shake to distribute grounds
8. Tare Scale and start timer
9. Pour to 120g to bloom
10. @ 0:30 slowly pour to 320g
11. @ 1:30 slowly pour to 420g
12. @ 2:15 slowly pour to 520g
13. @ 3:00 slowly pour to 640g
14. Let brew drain completely
15. Brew should finish @ 4-5 mins
16. Remove brewer and enjoy!
