Dose: 18g coffee
Water: 300g water
Grind: Medium Fine
Time: 3:00 min

1. Place brewer & mug on scale
2. Rinse filter with hot water
3. Discard rinse water
4. Add 18g ground coffee
5. Evenly distribute grounds
6. Tare scale & start your timer
7. Pour 40g hot water to bloom
8. @ 0:30 slowly pour to 120g
9. Give brew a gentle swirl
10. @ 1:15 slowly pour to 200g
11. @ 1:45 slowly pour to 250g
12. @ 2:15 lowly pour to 300g
13. Allow coffee to drain fully
14. Brew should finish ~3:00
15. Remove brewer and Enjoy!
