This certified organic washed coffee from Bolivia’s Caranavi province, produced by Yulissa Chambi, offers a delicate and balanced cup with notes of anise, sweet lemon, and juicy plum. While offering an exceptionally clean cup in a single cup brewer like a Chemex or Kalita Wave, it is especially well suited for espresso and we recommend brewing it with a moderate dose and grind size using a flat-bottom brewer for the best flavor.
