What We Taste: Elderberry, Graham Cracker, Persimmon

The air is crisp and the leaves are falling, time to brew up some coffee. We've been enjoying this blend on our auto drip brewer as well as pulled as espresso to throw in a small milk based beverage (think cortado and cappuccino). The graham cracker notes really shine paired with the milk. And for those random October days where temps get up into the high 70s, it's equally enjoyable as a flash brew.
