Finca Fátima has been owned by siblings Ernesto and Givette Pérez for nearly a century, continuing their family’s coffee-growing legacy. Located in Coatepec, Veracruz—one of Mexico’s oldest coffee regions—the 20-hectare farm sits at 1,250 masl and produces Criolla, Typica, and Geisha varieties. The Pérez siblings manage the entire process from cultivation to roasting, ensuring quality and traceability in every cup. Their seed-to-cup approach highlights both technical precision and the distinct terroir of Veracruz. In addition to coffee, Finca Fátima promotes sustainability through honey production, citrus farming, and agrotourism.
